Mayweather attended Anthony Joshua’s knockout win over Kubrat Pulev as a surprise guest in London on Saturday night.
The American celebrated with AJ when he emerged victorious and even visited him in the dressing room after the fight.
During this time, Hearn joked with him about his upcoming contest.
Eddie promoted Logan’s debut against KSI
Hearn explained: “I actually said to Floyd on Saturday night – he was at the AJ fight.
“I said, ‘You need to be careful, this is a very very tough fight you have with Logan Paul.’
“And he asked me, ‘Are you serious?’
“And I said, ‘No, I’m not.’”

Mayweather has been retired since 2015, only coming back to beat Conor McGregor in 2017.
He also travelled to Tokyo for an exhibition bout with kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa at the end of 2018.
In the aftermath of that easy win, Floyd said hed be open for further exhibitions.
Rumours swirled on social media two months ago suggesting a bout with Logan was a done deal, however it was then reported that Floyd had been approached about the exhibition, but was leaning towards a no.
Now, it’s been officially announced and is set for February 20.
