Outspoken pundit Simon Jordan believes Jack Grealish has earned the right to leave Aston Villa.
Speculation around the Villa captains future is raging, with talkSPORT claiming a deal to take Grealish to Manchester City is as good as done.
Manchester City are saying nothing while the noises coming out of Villa Park suggest owners Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens will stand firm against any approach for their teams talisman.
BirminghamLive has been told there has been no offer nor talks between the two clubs yet and that there would not be any City players involved in any potential deal for Grealish.
Indeed Villa remain hopeful of tying the 25-year-old down to a bumper new contract which has been offered in the last few days.
However, responding to Jim Whites claims, Jordan had his say: The days of Matt Le Tissier staying at a football club for the duration of their career are probably gone, the former Crystal Palace owner told talkSPORT.
Theres an argument to be said that Jack Grealish has earned the right for a move.
Its not difficult to justify going to arguably the best club in English football and possibly soon to be the best club in European football.
Grealish has come through the system at Villa, is a Villa fan and has repeatedly remained loyal to the club

He stayed after relegation to help Dean Smith bring them back and he rejected last summers overtures from Manchester United by signing a new deal.
But White insists its a done deal: According to talkSPORT sources, Jack Grealish to Man City is as good as done.
Villa havent confirmed it, there is no confirmation coming out of Man City, but talkSPORT sources tell me its as good as done.
The fee will be £100m and Jack Grealish will join Manchester City.
I received the news just as I was coming on air, its very close to completion, its very close to being done.
