Police have removed a vehicle from an Auckland property after a person was found seriously injured in the street, according to a witness.
A police spokeswoman said officers were notified about 2.11pm on Saturday that a person had serious injuries on Friedlanders Rd, Manurewa.

They were taken to hospital, she said.
Inquiries are ongoing to determine the circumstances.
A man who had been visiting a neighbour, who did not want to be named,said there was a white tarpaulin outside a property on Friedlanders Rd.
He said he saw two distraught females being led out and taken in two different police vehicles.
A grey car had been towed away from the property with its doors and boot taped shut by police, the witness said.
A worker at the nearby McDivitt Street Superette said customers had told her Friedlanders Rd was blocked at both ends by police.
“They have a police guard guarding the scene.
Police confirmed a scene guard would remain at the property overnight and that the injured person was not a child.
A St John Ambulance spokeswoman confirmed it had attended, but referred Stuff to police for all other details.
