Feb 7, 2021

It has been a horror weekend of stabbings across the capital. On Friday one man was stabbed to death and nine others injured in one of the worst nights of violence in London in recent years.
On Friday Scotland Yard said the attacks were being treated as “isolated incidents”, with no suggestion they were linked.
Saturday night’s incident means extra stop and search powers covering Brent and the north of Westminster are now in place until 9.30am today.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 5580/06feb. To remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Young people who have information about violence or knife crime are urged to visit fearless.org to share information anonymously.
“Fearless is part of the Crimestoppers charity, and is also independent of the police,” Metropolitan Police said.
“If you need help or information to support someone you suspect is involved in knife crime, or you want assistance yourself, then you can visit www.knifefree.co.uk or LondonNeedsYouAlive.”
